Elise Von Allmen
is
one of our medical assistants. She handles blood draws, EKGs, performs vital signs, helps with medication refills, scheduling, phone calls, and does a variety of front office and back office duties. Elise comes to us after four years of internal medicine experience in a practice in Oregon. Elise is a Portland native who enjoys hiking and snowboarding. |

Joane Davis
(pronounced Joanie) is another one of our medical assistants. Joanie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington and is a Certified Nursing Assistant. She is happy to help with scheduling, medication refills, and any administrative needs you may have. She also performs vital signs, EKGs, and helps with billing and insurance issues. Joane is a Bellevue native who enjoys hiking, travel, and spending time with her dog Colbie. |

Paul Swanson
is our practice administrator. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in English and Music, and his Masters in Clinical Practice Management from Texas Tech University. Paul performs a wide variety of logistical and administrative duties, and he is happy to assist you with scheduling appointments, medication refills, and billing and insurance issues. Paul grew up in Everett and is an accomplished classicial musician who plays the saxophone and bassoon. |

Jamie Wise
is a camera-shy medical assistant. She works part time in our office. She handles phone calls, scheduling, blood draws, immunizations, EKGs, billing, insurance issues, vital signs, and many other duties. |

Sarah
Oh
is a medical administrative assistant. She is currently on maternity leave.
She handles the phones, scheduling, office logistics
and helps to build and maintain relationships with our patients.
Sarah performs a number of secretarial and administrative duties. She
handles transcription, correspondence, filing, and helps with
medication refills and other day-to-day matters. Sarah
completed a course of study in Medical Administrative Assisting
from the Bryman School. She was top in her class.
